Quick help

A game stopped when I locked my phone.

That is intentional: timers and motion input pause while the app is interrupted. Return to the app and choose Resume so you never lose active play time.

Nearby Play cannot find another iPhone.

On both iPhones, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and allow Local Network access in iOS Settings. Enter the host’s six-character safety code, choose the host’s matching random name, then connect. On the host, approve only after the guest’s nearby name matches on both screens. The safety code verifies the host but is not a password; invitation contents and game messages use an additional end-to-end encryption layer.

A motion game is not responding.

Open iOS Settings for Games To Play In Line and allow Motion & Fitness access. If motion is unavailable, use the app’s sensor-free filter to choose another game.

How do I move or protect my progress?

Open Settings → Backup & Restore to export an offline backup. If you enable iCloud sync, eligible settings and progress can also follow your private Apple Account.

How do I report a problem?

In the app, open Settings → Support & Diagnostics and copy the sanitized diagnostics report. Paste it into your support email along with what you were doing when the issue occurred. The report does not include deck content or player names.

How do I erase my data?

Open Settings and choose Reset All App Data. You can export a backup first and separately request clearing of the app’s private iCloud copy if sync was enabled. Apple may take time to deliver that request, and another opted-in iPhone can upload its copy again.
